I encourage you to try this short lesson designed to help you reproduce the perfect faux marble counter top.
Marble represents opulence, grandeur and refined sophistication. More often than not, the marble you see in grand halls, lobbies, libraries and museums is the genuine article. However, when you are out, really look around in your favorite restaurant, shopping mall or even the rest room and scrutinize those lovely marble surfaces. Is the marble real or are they faux marble counter tops? It is fun. Of course, you must first scrutinize the real thing to know what you are looking for and you are going to learn from this little exercise. |
